In an effort to provide routine services commonly required in all rental properties NFI Property Management Solutions offers a standard Resident Benefit Package (RBP) as a mandatory inclusion with all lease agreements. Details of the additional benefits provided by the RBP are included below.

The Resident Benefit Package is required on all NFI Property Management Solutions leases. The monthly charge for the RBP is $40.00 per month.

Included in the Resident Benefit Package

  • Liability and Personal Contents Insurance
    • The RBP provides for a master insurance policy listing each tenant as an additional insured in the event of a covered claim, satisfying the lease requirement of renter’s insurance coverage.
    • Coverage Limits: $100,000 liability | $10,000 personal contents | $500 deductible
    • Notice: Resident Benefit Package only fulfills your obligation to the insurance requirement listed in your lease agreement. Tenants should consult an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs.
    • Additional coverage can be purchased through http://insurance.residentforms.com/
    • Tenants can elect to secure their own renter's insurance policy and submit that policy for approval at: http://insurance.residentforms.com/. If this policy is cancelled or expires, the policy offered under the RBP will be immediately reactivated.

  • Free Online ACH and Recurring Payments
    • Pay your rent online via e-check with no service charge or additional fee.
  • Move-In Concierge Setup
    • We've partnered with Citizens Home Solutions to help you connect utilities upon move-in, wherever you go.
    • CHS is your one-stop shop and will reach out to assist with all your utility connections, including internet, phone and television.
  • Online Tenant Portal Access
    • Log in anytime to your Tenant Portal to access account balances, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, see your lease agreement, and more.
  • 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Support
    • Support will be available 24/7 to respond to emergency maintenance requests. If experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
  • One-time waiver of late fee
    • We know things come up that may cause you to be late on your rent... We have got you covered! We provide a one-time late fee waiver per entire tenancy. Maximum 10 day late period for waiver.
  • Credit reporting
    • You can finally take advantage of all the times you have paid rent on time! Positive rental payments will be pushed to your Experian credit file so you can establish/build credit while living in your rental property.
